HR and Office Leader

Description:

Manages AmplifAI’s Human Resources services, policies and programs and helps the team with office operations and travel.

 

Duties include:

  • EA for the executive team
  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Employee onboarding
  • Performance management
  • Employment policy compliance
  • Manage HRIS and Payroll systems
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Foster employee culture

 

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational development, recruiting, safety compliance, employee engagement, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Knowledgeable resource to the leadership team that provides latest advances in HR programs for employee recruitment, engagement, and retention.
  • Knowledge in compliance with various employment laws and policies.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits, compensation, recognition and engagement programs.
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfortable working individually or with a team

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or Business
  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Recognized Human Resources certification preferred
