Technical Writer


AmplifAI is looking for a full-time Technical Writer to build product documentation, support guides, and training content for our customers and partners. We're looking for a self-starting, detail-oriented, individual who is passionate about simplifying complex technologies to help customers and partners be successful.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, edit, and maintain effective technical documentation
  • Write easy-to-understand guides, online help, user interface text, and training content
  • Explain complex, technical concepts in clear, simple language that is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Design, Support, and other members of the AmplifAI team

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to translate complex information into simple and engaging content
  • Self-motivated, organized, and agile.  Manage multiple projects at once
  • Accountable for owning projects from start to finish
  • Embraces a user-centric approach focused on customer needs


  • 2+ years of experience writing content for technical & non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication skills and a record of creating compelling, effective content
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technical concepts and simplify how they are communicated to others
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt within a dynamic, rapidly growing company
  • Comfortable working asynchronously with remote teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience with online tools for delivery of technical documentation and web publishing
  • Experience working with contact center software and B2B SaaS products - preferred
