The CCW Executive Exchange: Retail brings about 40 senior retail decision-makers together for three days in Denver. Like every CCW exchange it is small on purpose: closed sessions, peer roundtables and scheduled one-to-one meetings between the people who own customer experience for retail brands. Event site.
AmplifAI came to Denver straight off CCW Vegas to keep the same conversations going with retail leaders. Retail customer experience is at a turning point: loyalty is harder to earn, more of the service load is moving to digital and automated channels, and the contact center is where the brand promise is either kept or broken. Our focus for the week was how retail operations can grade every interaction, human or bot, and turn what customers say into same-day action for the front line.
On the Thursday evening we hosted a VIP dinner at STK Denver for a small group of attendees.
