Consero keeps this one small on purpose: a couple of dozen senior CX and contact center leaders, three days at The Woodlands Resort, and an agenda built from roundtables, moderated panels and scheduled one-to-one meetings rather than a show floor. Everyone in the room is there to compare notes with peers.
